This place is my favorite, I love the food and drinks and on top of everything, the customer service is AMAZING. I had Tracy serving me and she met all my needs with a smile. I didn’t feel like a bother for asking for more, she spoke to me with such kindness. Will definitely request her as my server again!
Ribs and Shrimp Combo was excellent. Zucchini was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Friendly staff. Great conversation with my server. I received over the top service from Meghan. Will come again and ask for her by name.
Good food and great service. After visiting from another state it was great to see another Ruby Tuesday since mine in my city closed. The food was hot upon being on the table. Good choice of drinks if you drink coke products. It was affordable and my servers I had the two days I was hear were awesome! Great location being near the airport! I can see why this place is still around due to the airport. If you need a place to eat and close to the airport I highly recommend eating here.
Today we visited the Windsor Locks, CT location. When we arrived inside, we were promptly greeted and seated in Laila section. Laila was very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and the Ruby Tuesday app. Today I had the 6 oz sirloin. It was cooked just the way I like it. The salad bar was amazing too. The atmosphere was very comforting. Laila was perfect in helping us check out with the new style CC system.
Many restaurant reviews evaluate the food but I am going to focus on the service. One server/bartender consistently provides exceptional, 5-star service. I am talking about Laura. Laura has been with Ruby Tuesday for many years which makes her an expert with the menu and an extraordinary server. We first discovered Laura in 2013 and have been loyal customers ever since. She is outstanding at monitoring the table and anticipating our needs. A perfect example of this is that she is always on top of the drink refills. I never have to ask her to refill my Diet Coke. She does it automatically. She is also constantly clearing plates to make room for the next course. She even brings us extra napkins without us asking. Another aspect of her service that is excellent is that we never feel rushed. She spaces out each course perfectly so that we can enjoy our dining experience. Since we drive 45 minutes each way to visit the restaurant, we greatly appreciate the ability to take our time when eating. She is also a very hard worker. We have observed times when the restaurant appears short staffed and Laura is covering many tables at once. Yet, she still has the ability to multitask while being very efficient and professional. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Laura. We compare other servers at other restaurants to her because she creates such a fantastic customer experience. She is always very personable and greets us with a hello and a smile. She always wishes us a great weekend and says goodbye when we leave. A person can clearly see how hard she works to make every customer experience an amazing one. She is definitely the gold star standard when it comes to being a server. Next time you visit this location, ask for her, you will not be disappointed.
Came on Sunday night as rhe plane was delayed and we were hungry. It was empty at 8:45 and we weren't even sure it was open since they turned off the lights in the main dining room. The lights in the parking lot were not working, so it was a little dangerous. The food was great and the service was exceptional. A little pricey but better than fast food at that hour.
We highly recommend this restaurant as our go-to dining destination, providing a delightful atmosphere and exceptional cuisine. My husband and I are avid fans of the potato skins, which we prefer with extra sour cream ;) and the chicken carbonara. Additionally, the coconut shrimp are outstanding. I strongly recommend them. The service is always top-notch and eager to assist. As loyal customers, I can confidently endorse this establishment as a must-visit for lunch or dinner. The salad bar consistently looks fresh and offers a wide variety of fresh vegetables and toppings. I particularly enjoy their blue cheese dressing and croutons, and for relaxation, the Ruby relaxer. Updated to 5 stars - service has been excellent and I'm really happy with the way they turned things around. I would love for a slightly more variance on their menu but otherwise 5/5!!!
Some people say Ruby has gone downhill but I've never been disappointed. The service staff is always friendly and the food comes out hot. I had the salmon and it was delicious!
